Two Trustees, Tom Jackson and Barbara Lucas are taking a group of 5 EHO’s from the North East branch of CIEH to Ndhiwa Western Kenya, in May this year .The NE CIEH has raised £7000 to carry out rainwater harvesting in 4 primary schools giving safe water to approximately 1800 children. The team will also be training the children on hand washing and sanitation. Muriel Armstrong of Kenya Acorn Project has also contributed to the project. This is the second project of this nature WFK’s has carried out in the Ndhiwa Region.
