Favour has a background in technology, having a PhD in Machine Learning from Oxford University and Computer Science degrees from Imperial College London & the University of Zambia. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer of a financial technology company.

Favour was born and grew up in Zambia. He has seen first-hand the hardships people in remote areas face and the impact of initiatives by charities like Water for Kids. This experience inspired him to support Water for Kids, and he is honoured to become a trustee.
