Spring sources update
In October we agreed to protect 3 spring sources with funds from the Peter Stebbings Trust. Springs at Busambira, Bulubandi, and Wamulongo are all now complete and a total of 2265 people no longer collect water from contaminated pools. The photo shows excited children at Busambira collecting water.
Namantooke Update
Work has gone well on our holistic project at Namatooke. The borehole is complete and has been handed over to the village. Kafumbe School in a remote area of Northern Zambia now has a solar powered water system bringing water to taps including two mass handwashing stations.
